Raspberry Mojito Jug

This month I've teamed up with my wonderful friend Natural Harry on an exciting recipe for your Noss & Co jugs. Harry's original recipe includes her signature kombucha which we've replaced with a refreshing gin and soda water cocktail! If you're looking for the original kombucha-based recipe, take a look at Harry's beautiful book, WHOLE.

Ingredients | Serves 8

✨ 140g mashed raspberries

✨ 4 tablespoons mint

✨ Juice of 2 limes

✨ 4 lime slices

✨ 600 g crushed ice

✨ 8 rosemary sprigs

✨ 400 ml Gin

✨ 1-litre soda water


Combine all the ingredients, except for the ice in your Noss & Co jug and stir well. Add the crushed ice to a tall glass and pour over the raspberry mojito. Serve with a sprig of rosemary.
